Day to day the stylist will deliver high-quality straightening services, run confident consultations, provide clear aftercare, and build genuine client relationships that lead to rebooking. Contributing to salon flow through retail awareness and service standards is also part of the role. They are after a qualified hairdresser holding a Cert III or higher who is confident with clients, efficient, detail-focused, reliable and accountable. Pay is $38 to $45 per hour plus performance incentives. Pay is 75,000 to 90,000 per year with commission on retail sales.
