The role covers haircuts and beard grooming, client consultations to recommend suitable styles, and keeping tools and work areas clean and hygienic. Cut throat shaving experience is not required. They are after someone with a recognised barbering or hairdressing qualification or apprenticeship, strong cutting skills, good attention to detail and reliable, professional conduct. Flexibility across shifts including Saturday mornings is needed. The shop offers a supportive team, two days off in a row, no late nights and two weeks off over the Christmas break.
