Around 5 or more years of experience is preferred but not essential, as passion, attitude and team fit matter just as much. The roster runs Tuesday to Saturday with an option of a 4 day week and no Sunday work. Pay is above award at $30 to $45 an hour with incentives, bonuses and uncapped commissions, and earnings of 70k to 90k are possible depending on effort.
