They provide weekly personalised training and mentoring from senior stylists, plus the chance to shadow the wider team daily and pick up experience both on and off the salon floor. There is ongoing training run with leading industry companies. Pay is quoted between 39,900 and 85,178 dollars per year, set on top of the award wage with a bonus structure to reward strong work. The position is offered as full-time, part-time or permanent.
