About the role

A barbershop in Wendouree is looking for a skilled and motivated barber to join the team. They are after someone confident with men's haircuts, fades, beard trims and styling, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail. Day to day involves consulting with clients about the look they want, delivering professional cuts and finishes, and building solid relationships with regulars. The barber will keep the workspace clean and hygienic, maintain tools and equipment properly, and follow the shop's health and safety standards. Previous barbering experience is preferred. The shop wants someone with good communication skills, reliability and a friendly, professional attitude who can work independently as well as within a team. The role is offered on a part-time or full-time basis with a flexible working environment. Pay ranges from 30 to 42 dollars per hour.
