About the role

Lux Barbers in Wendouree is looking for a skilled and motivated barber to join their team, with part-time or full-time hours available. The role covers men's haircuts, fades, beard trims and styling, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail. Day to day duties include consulting with clients about their preferred style, keeping the workspace clean and hygienic, maintaining tools and equipment, and following health and safety standards. They are after someone who communicates well, works both independently and as part of the team, and brings a reliable, professional and friendly attitude. Previous barbering experience is preferred. Pay ranges from 30 to 42 dollars per hour. The shop offers a flexible working environment, a friendly and supportive team, and opportunities for growth and development. Work is on site.
