Col Nayler Barbershop is hiring barbers to join their team at the Westfield Chermside shops. They are an established brand that prides itself on both service and company culture. The role offers job security and stable hours, with flexible options available including full-time, part-time and weekend only work. Pay is above award rate, with a realistic bonus structure on top of wages, super paid monthly and tax handled weekly. Both locations are easy to reach with parking and convenient public transport. They are after barbers with a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience who take pride in their work and environment, and who are trustworthy, confident and reliable. A fun, energetic and professional attitude with strong customer service skills is important, and they are keen to find someone looking for a stable role. In house training is provided for upskilling.
