About the role

Legana Barbershop is after a reliable, experienced barber to join their growing shop at Legana Shopping Centre, next to Salvos. This is a casual position, with days and hours worked out based on availability and the needs of the shop. The role covers men's and children's haircuts, skin fades, tapers, scissor cuts and beard trims, delivering consistent results while keeping services on time. The barber works with the team to manage walk-ins and bookings, and keeps tools, workstations and the shop clean and hygienic. They prefer someone with at least two years of hands-on barbershop experience, confident working independently across a range of hair types and styles, friendly, punctual and reliable. Some weekend availability is preferred. Pay is $37 to $40 per hour for ordinary weekday hours depending on experience and award classification, with casual loading included and super paid on top. Weekend, public holiday and overtime rates are paid per the applicable award. They offer support to develop skills and grow with the business.
