Senior barber, part-time

About the role

OMALIA in St Leonards is after an experienced senior barber to join their team on a part-time basis of around 30 hours per week. The roster is built around work-life balance: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with both Friday and Saturday off. The shop offers full employment security including 12% superannuation, paid annual leave plus 17.5% leave loading, personal and sick leave, and compassionate leave. An employee discount and salary packaging are also available. There is potential to move to a chair rental arrangement later once the right fit is found. They want someone punctual and passionate who can deliver top-tier cuts. Applicants need a Certificate III in Barbering or equivalent and at least three years of floor or salon experience. Pay ranges from $29.45 to $58.90 per hour.
