Barber, full-time chair

About the role

The Male Room is a well-established barbershop in Mount Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula, known for sharp cuts and a relaxed, no-fuss atmosphere. It is walk-in friendly and also takes online bookings, so the chairs stay busy with a loyal base of regulars and walk-ins. They are after a qualified, experienced barber to join the team on a full-time basis, with flexible days and hours available to suit. The role involves delivering sharp cuts and fades, providing strong customer service, and engaging clients in conversation throughout the day. They want someone reliable, personable and professional who takes genuine pride in their work and brings strong cutting and fading skills. Good chat and a steady, dependable approach are important for keeping clients coming back. This is a settled shop with a friendly feel and a consistent flow of work.
