About the role

Game Barbershop is a busy, well-established shop in the heart of Manly on Sydney's Northern Beaches. They have built a loyal client base and a strong reputation, and are now after the right barber to grow with the team. This is a full-time role working 38 hours per week, including Saturdays, which is the shop's busiest day. Pay is a base salary plus 20 percent commission on revenue generated over 2,000 dollars per week, with on-target earnings of 58,000 to 77,000 dollars or more per year depending on client volume, plus superannuation. The successful applicant will provide skilled barbering services and build and maintain a regular clientele in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. They are looking for a qualified barber or apprentice who is reliable and punctual, takes pride in their work, and is friendly and easy to talk to. Comfort working Saturdays and being a team player are essential.
