About the role

Ugly Men's Association is a barbershop located in the basement of the State Buildings in Perth city, with a secondary location called False Idol. They are after skilled barbers, male or female, to join the team on a full-time basis and help build their progressive and eclectic brand. The work covers scissor cuts, fades and tapering, cut throat work, line-ups, face shaves and beard shaping. They want dependable, loyal and hard-working barbers who are team players and passionate about the trade. Candidates must hold at least an AQF Certificate III in barbering or equivalent experience, plus at least two years of work experience. The shop offers Monday to Friday hours and a space where barbers can run their own show under an established banner. Work runs through an online appointment booking system, which keeps days balanced and gives the right amount of time with each client. Pay ranges from 79,500 to 85,000 per year depending on experience.
