About the role

Big Barber in Wagga Wagga is growing its team and wants a passionate barber or hairdresser to join. The shop offers haircuts for men and boys, wet shaves, beard styling and hair care products, with a strong crew of barbers, receptionists and managers. They are after a qualified barber or hairdresser, though apprentices will be considered, with solid cutting skills across both traditional and contemporary styles and strong attention to detail. Shaving ability is a plus but not essential. Good presentation, communication and a positive, friendly attitude matter. Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available with flexible arrangements. The role offers above award pay plus commission, bonuses and incentives, superannuation, workcover and annual leave. There is ongoing training from industry leaders, generous appointment times to refine your craft, and a central CBD location. Relocation assistance with finding a place to live is available, and visa sponsorship is on offer for the right candidate. Pay is 80,000 to 85,000 per year.
