About the role

Ace of Fadez is a premium gentlemen's barbershop with locations in Crows Nest and Lane Cove on Sydney's north shore. They are after an experienced barber and stylist to join a full-time role, with other positions also available. The pay is above award, ranging from 77,000 to 108,000 dollars per year plus commissions and performance-based bonuses. Applicants need at least 3 to 5 years in a professional shop and must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The work involves precision cuts, beard trims, styling, hot towel treatments and steam facials, along with client consultations, product recommendations and rebooking through Fresha. Staff serve liquor as part of the client experience, and RSA certification is covered. Applicants must already be in Australia with work rights. Sponsorship may be offered, but only after a minimum of three months working in the salon. Bonus skills include hair colouring, bleaching, treatments and facial waxing.
