Bladez & Co Barbershop in Bankstown is after an experienced barber who takes genuine pride in their craft and enjoys building lasting relationships with local clients. They are looking for someone with at least 2 years of barbering experience, strong attention to detail and consistently high standards. The role covers quality haircuts, beard trims and grooming services, along with creating a relaxed and welcoming experience for every client. The successful barber will recommend and sell suitable retail products, keep their workstation and shared areas clean and organised, and pitch in with daily shop duties. They value being reliable, professional and a positive team player. The shop offers a supportive team environment, ongoing education and professional development, plus an employee discount. Pay starts from $200 per day. This is a permanent casual position based in person, suited to someone eager to keep learning and growing their skills while contributing to a friendly shop culture.
