Bladez & Co Barbershop in Rouse Hill is looking for an experienced barber to join their team on a permanent casual basis. They are after someone with at least 2 years of barbering experience who takes genuine pride in their craft and enjoys creating memorable client experiences. The role covers high-quality haircuts, beard trims and grooming services, along with building strong client relationships through good communication and care. The shop values attention to detail, consistently high standards and a positive team culture rooted in the local community. Barbers are also expected to recommend and sell grooming products that benefit clients, and to help keep workstations and shared areas clean and organised as part of daily shop duties. This is an in-person role suited to someone reliable, professional and keen to keep growing their skills.
