About the role

Vali Group, operating Mens Cuts and their premium brand Barber at the Bar, is hiring across multiple Sydney locations. They welcome experienced barbers, qualified hairdressers wanting to build their barbering, and motivated beginners with little or no experience. Both full-time and casual positions are available. Pay is set according to skills and experience, and all wages run through their official payroll system with payslips, superannuation, paid annual and personal leave, public holiday entitlements and weekend penalty rates for eligible staff. Beginners receive free, practical on-the-floor training alongside experienced barbers, while experienced staff get ongoing development in modern fades, scissor techniques, styling and customer service. They are after people with a positive attitude, reliability, honesty, good communication and a genuine passion for the trade. Applicants must already live in Australia with valid working rights. Visa sponsorship may be considered for suitable candidates already in the country. No cash-in-hand work is offered.
