Col Nayler Barbershop is a well established Australian barbering brand hiring an experienced barber for its North Lakes or Joyner teams in Brisbane. They are after someone with at least three years of hands-on barbering experience, a positive team attitude, high standards in service and presentation, and a genuine drive to keep growing. On offer are above award wages with performance based increases, free ongoing training and education, and incentive programs with clear targets. Staff can progress into senior and management roles with strong mentorship. The shop also runs promotions and giveaways through the year including cash prizes, high end equipment and all expenses paid weekends away, plus team events and recognition on special occasions. Broader support includes visa sponsorship for the right candidate and help securing home and car finance through contracts and support letters.
