JB's Barbers in Mackay is after an experienced, qualified barber to join their crew. Multiple positions are on offer and the hours are flexible: you choose full-time, part-time or casual shifts to suit your work and life balance. Pay runs from 35 to 50 dollars an hour depending on the position type and qualification. Day to day the role covers haircuts, fades and styles, along with beard trims and grooming services. They want someone friendly, professional and reliable who can keep up in a busy, fast-paced environment and who is passionate about both modern and traditional barbering. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards and building rapport with clients are part of the job. At least 2 years of experience as a barber or hairdresser is required, and applicants must have Australian work authorisation. Ongoing support, training and career growth are offered.
