About the role

HMB Barbers is hiring for their Rockhampton shop in Allenstown. They run a walk-in barbershop model and operate 17 stores across Queensland, offering a consistent experience to local communities. The role is casual and suits a senior barber or skilled apprentice. Day to day you would deliver haircuts, beard trims and shaves with speed and attention to detail, greet clients, manage waitlists and follow the shop's customer journey standards. You would also process POS transactions, promote retail products through consultative selling, keep your station clean and stocked, and help mentor junior team members. Pay is $40 to $50 per hour, with incentives and bonuses on offer. The shop has partnered with 4BARBERS Education for training and upskilling, and provides clear career pathways towards master barber, manager, educator or shop ownership.
