HT Barbershop in Mitchelton, Brisbane is a standards-driven shop hiring two experienced senior barbers for a long-term, full-time role. They are after barbers with at least two years in the trade who deliver consistent, well-finished haircuts and bring strong customer service, reliability and a positive team attitude. The shop is senior-barber-only with steady walk-in traffic and consistent client demand, a predictable roster and clear expectations. Barbers should be comfortable capturing photos and short videos of their work, recommending suitable products and inviting happy clients to leave reviews. Pay is a base salary of $79,040 to $93,600 depending on experience and availability, with on-target earnings boosted by tips, performance incentives and client retention and productivity bonuses. They offer above-award wages, structured incentives, recognition, progression into senior and leadership roles, and regular team events. For the right long-term candidate they can support visa sponsorship for those already in Australia, plus help with home and car loan applications through employment contracts and reference letters.
