Sleek Styles is a hair service provider for both men and women, with a salon in Beeliar in Perth. They are after a skilled barber to join the team on a part-time or casual basis, delivering their signature barbering services. The role covers hair cutting, styling and shaping using both traditional and contemporary techniques, along with detailed beard grooming, trimming and shaping. Barbers consult with clients on the right styles, keep their workstation clean and hygienic, and build lasting relationships for repeat business. They want someone with proven barbering experience and a portfolio of work, along with relevant qualifications in barbering or hairdressing. Proficiency in scissor work, clipper work and straight razor skills is expected, plus good knowledge of men's grooming trends and products. Pay runs from 35 to 47 dollars an hour based on experience, with potential for commission-based earnings. They offer flexible hours, ongoing training and a supportive team.
