Experienced barber stylist, full-time

About the role

Ace of Fadez is a premium gentlemen's barber salon with locations in Crows Nest and Lane Cove, and they are after an experienced barber to join the team full-time with an immediate start. They want someone with at least three to five years in a professional shop who is available Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and who brings expert scissor and clipper work, styling, beard trims and strong customer service. Pay is above award, ranging from 77,000 to 108,000 dollars per year plus performance-based commissions. The role covers high-end haircuts, beard trims, client consultations and luxury services such as hot towel treatments and steam facials, along with product sales, rebooking through Fresha and keeping the space clean and hygienic. RSA certification is covered since staff serve liquor as part of the client experience, and advanced training is provided. Applicants must already be in Australia with work rights. Sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates after a minimum of three months in the salon.
