Paloma Salons in Paddington is after experienced hair colourists and stylists to join their team. The salon offers guests a curated, luxurious experience, with beautiful cuts, colours and styles alongside a selection of premium at-home haircare. It is also home to Paloma Rose Garcia, an award-winning name in Australian hairdressing. They want someone with at least four years experience post apprenticeship, confident across all technical aspects of hairdressing and up to date on current trends and services. The right person can represent the Paloma brand, deliver a five star guest experience, work well in a team and build and keep a loyal clientele. Reliability, punctuality and strong communication are important. Pay starts from 75,000 a year with a generous commission structure on top. Perks include a 30 to 40 percent discount on retail products, complimentary hair services and a four day full-time roster option. The team is described as supportive, fun and friendly.
