PALOMA is a boutique salon in Paddington, Sydney, founded by award-winning hairdresser and educator Paloma Rose Garcia. The team focuses on cutting, colour and effortless, wearable hair, with every guest experience personalised and supported by leading professional haircare brands. They are after an experienced hairdresser with a minimum of three years post-apprenticeship who is confident across all areas of cutting, colouring and styling. Strong consultation and communication skills matter, along with a warm, professional manner and a proven ability to build and retain loyal guests. Reliability and a team-first attitude are valued. The full-time salary starts from 75,000 dollars per year, with an achievable commission structure on top. The roster is flexible with only one late night each week to support work-life balance. An Australian driver's licence is preferred.
