Barber Lab is an award winning salon in central Perth with a loyal client base and a friendly, talented team. They are after a full-time hairdresser to join them, with the salon offering support to grow professionally and personally throughout a career. Pay is above award wages plus a generous commission structure, and the salary sits between 60,000 and 80,000 dollars per year. Applicants need to be qualified with a minimum of two years experience. The ideal candidate is a team player, well presented and professional, an exceptional colourist and stylist, and able to build and maintain a strong clientele. Good communication, self motivation and a stable work history all count. On offer are flexible hours, a strong commitment to in-salon and external education, and a referral program.
