About the role

Echo Hair and Beauty in Norwood is looking for a fully qualified hairdresser to join their salon. They offer wages of 40 to 50 dollars per hour plus super, along with generous incentives, bonuses and a 500 dollar onboarding bonus. Roles are available on a full-time, part-time or casual basis, with overtime pay, an immediate start and free parking. The shop provides ongoing education and development, paid meetings and training, hair and beauty perks, job stability and room to grow, and works with a diverse clientele. Day to day the work covers colouring techniques such as highlights, ombre and balayage, client consultations, product recommendations, cutting to suit face shape, managing bookings, serving walk-ins, keeping workstations tidy and sterilising tools, plus some social media management. They are after someone with a Certificate III in Hairdressing, at least three years of experience and confidence in all colour services including corrections. Australian work rights are required. Presentation, professionalism and a friendly, team-focused attitude matter.
