Daily work includes consulting with clients on their preferences, recommending styles, keeping workstations clean and hygienic, managing appointment schedules and building a loyal client base through repeat custom. They want someone with a barbering qualification or completed apprenticeship recognised in Western Australia, proven experience in a busy barbershop, and strong technical skills across clipper work, scissor techniques and straight razor shaving. Reliability, punctuality, attention to detail and good communication matter here. Pay is $35 to $40 per hour. The shop offers a supportive, collaborative team atmosphere where skills are valued, along with the chance to grow a loyal clientele and develop further in the trade.
