About the role

Stanford Barbers is calling for expressions of interest from experienced hairdressers or barbers ready to step into a senior management role within an established brand in Leederville, Perth. The role blends a small column of client services with dedicated time off the floor managing front-of-house operations, rostering, team performance and commercial KPIs. Working directly with the business owner, the manager takes ownership of daily operations and revenue targets, while coaching and developing the team. There is a longer-term pathway towards managing two salon locations as the business grows, with training in multi-site management provided. They are after someone with a recognised hairdressing qualification, substantial industry experience including colour services, and proven leadership within a salon. Strong commercial awareness around revenue, labour costs and KPIs is important, along with good communication and coaching skills. At least one year of salon management experience is required. The role runs Tuesday to Saturday, in person. Pay starts from 85,000 dollars per year.
