About the role

Blow Bar Co is an award-winning styling salon in Balmain, Sydney, after part-time and casual hairstylists to join their team. The focus is on styling rather than cutting, covering blow-dries, upstyles, braiding and finishing for everyday clients as well as bridal, red carpet, event and shoot work. They are looking for creative, motivated stylists who enjoy teamwork, client connection and a fast-paced salon culture. The role suits someone open to runway, media and event opportunities as they come up. On offer is access to their in-house Hair Academy and ongoing education, monthly masterclasses with industry professionals, team socials, staff discounts and room to grow within an expanding brand. Pay is structured as commission plus performance incentives. Applicants need to be based in Sydney and the work is in person. Interested stylists can apply by sending a CV to the salon.
