Ace of Waves is a family owned, award winning boutique salon set in an oceanfront spot overlooking Two Rocks Harbour, north of Perth. The owners describe themselves as business people who back talented stylists, and they want someone ready to grow both creatively and commercially. They are after a hairdresser with at least five years of salon experience who loves creating quality hair and wants the time to look after clients properly rather than rush them through the chair. The role is part-time or full-time and pays $40 to $45 per hour. Staff work with loyal, quality focused clients and a small, supportive team. The shop offers appointment times built for careful work, ongoing technical and business development, and owners who value ideas. There is also a longer term path: for the right person over time, they see scope for leadership, profit sharing and even business ownership, earned rather than promised. Australian work authorisation is required.
