Lash Tastic By Nikki in Burnie is after an experienced senior hairdresser to join a supportive team focused on strong client experiences. The role runs a four day week, Monday to Thursday from 9:30 to 5:00, with flexibility on hours for the right person. The shop is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and closes for two weeks from Christmas Day. Pay is above award at $29.45 to $32.00 an hour. Applicants should be qualified and confident across all aspects of hairdressing, including colour services, foiling and balayage, cuts and styling, and client consultations. Retail recommendations, rebooking and client retention are also part of the role. They want someone well presented, reliable, professional and committed, with good communication skills and a team focus.
