About the role

CC Bloom Australia is looking for an experienced hairdresser to join their growing salon in Milton, close to the Brisbane CBD. The role covers professional haircutting, styling and blow-dry services, along with shampooing, washing and preparing hair. Stylists also provide hair and scalp care and help develop the salon's head-spa services. Consulting with clients on suitable styles and treatments is part of the day, as is maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards and keeping tools and work areas organised. They want someone reliable, professional and customer-focused who can work independently and build ongoing client relationships. Previous professional hairdressing experience is essential, with good English communication skills and a relevant qualification or strong demonstrated experience preferred. Pay is 30 to 35 dollars per hour, with a stated range of 60,000 to 70,000 plus super per year depending on qualifications and experience.
