Biba Salons in South Yarra is after an experienced hairdresser to join their full-time team in a busy hair and beauty salon. They are a long-established name with 65 years in the industry. The role covers cutting, colouring and styling, consulting with clients to understand what they want, and recommending suitable treatments and styles. Day to day you will build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business, keep the salon clean and hygienic, help manage bookings and scheduling, and promote salon services and products. The shop values teamwork, professionalism and staying current with trends and techniques. They are looking for relevant qualifications in hair styling, proven salon experience, strong technical skills and good communication. Pay is set at 75,000 dollars per year.
