About the role

PB11 Barber Lounge is a high-volume grooming hub in Truganina that blends premium hairdressing with modern barbering. They are after a qualified hairdresser to join a growing team and deliver top-tier services in a fast-paced commercial setting. The work covers consulting with each client on style and products, cutting men's hair with scissors, clippers and razors for classic cuts, skin fades and tapers, and handling hot towels, shaves and beard trims to a clean, hygienic standard. Colour, bleach and texturising services are part of the role, along with washing, conditioning, scalp massage and styling that may include moulding, braiding and working with different textures. Front desk duties include booking appointments, welcoming clients and handling the till. Tools and stations must be sanitised between clients. Applicants need a formal Diploma in Hairdressing, hands-on experience in a high-volume salon or barbershop, strong scissor and clipper skills, and good rapport with clients. Pay is 65,000 to 85,000 per year.
