About the role

The Do Salon is hiring stylists at every level, from junior and emerging through to experienced and senior. The salon sits in a park-side spot in St Kilda, close to Albert Park Lake, the beach and plenty of cafes and bars. It has operated for more than 15 years and is now under new ownership, with a focus on growth, education and team culture. They are after friendly, professional stylists who enjoy learning and working as part of a close team. Pay runs from $35 to $50 per hour, above award, with an achievable bonus structure. The role is full-time across a Monday to Friday week, with flexible rostering to suit your lifestyle. Benefits include one-on-one clients with no double booking, full-time reception support for the front desk and rebooking, two weeks off over Christmas and New Year, regular team events and external education. The emphasis is on work-life balance and a low-stress, positive environment.
