About the role

Suat & Co Hair Studio is an established independent boutique salon in Mount Hawthorn, running since 2019, looking for an experienced stylist to join their small, diverse team. They are after a qualified hairdresser with strong colour, cutting and styling skills who enjoys building lasting client relationships and is comfortable with consultations, rebooking and retail conversations. Pay is $35 to $45 per hour depending on experience, plus commission for achieving KPIs. The role can be permanent full-time or part-time, with 3, 4 or 5 days negotiable and alternate Saturdays considered. The salon will actively help build your clientele, so no existing column is required, though support with social media content is expected. They offer ongoing education in extensions, colour, cutting and leadership, plus the chance to mentor emerging stylists. The salon closes from Christmas Eve to New Year and over the Easter long weekend. Experience with extensions or salon management is a bonus. Employer sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
