Just Cuts is looking for a qualified stylist to join their Ipswich salon on a casual basis. The role focuses on cutting and styling, with no chemical work involved, so stylists can specialise in Style Cuts and finishing. They offer flexible hours to suit individual lifestyles, ongoing education and training, and clear pathways into management and ownership. All equipment is provided, so stylists just need to bring their own scissors. There is an established client base, so new team members are kept busy from the start. Key duties include delivering quality cuts and styling, providing strong customer service, offering clients expert advice, recommending retail products, and supporting the team culture. Confidence across all aspects of haircutting and barbering is expected. The shop wants people who are reliable, punctual and enthusiastic each day. Just Cuts is a family-owned business with more than 220 salons globally and over 3000 stylists, serving over 100,000 clients a week. Visa sponsorship is not available.
