The role suits someone who enjoys cutting and styling and wants a flexible roster to suit their lifestyle. This is a cutting-focused position with no chemical work involved, so it is well suited to stylists who love the craft of haircutting. All equipment is provided, you just bring your own scissors, and there is an established client base so you can be busy from the start. Just Cuts offers ongoing education and training, along with pathways into management and ownership over time. Day to day the work involves delivering quality Style Cuts and styling, providing strong customer service, giving clients expert advice and recommending retail products, and following brand systems and operational standards. They are after a reliable, punctual and enthusiastic team player who is confident across all aspects of haircutting and barbering. No visa sponsorship is offered.
