About the role

Fresh Futures Hair & Beauty Lounge in Alice Springs is after a qualified, experienced hairdresser to join their salon team. This is a full-time role of 38 hours per week, paying $81,000 per year plus superannuation. They work with a diverse client base and want someone comfortable across cutting, styling, colouring, highlighting, bleaching and toning, along with shampooing, treatments and blow-drying. Braiding and protective styling are a plus where the applicant has the skills. Duties also cover client consultations, advising on hair care and products, maintaining client records, appointment management and keeping the salon clean and hygienic. Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent and have relevant commercial salon experience. Strong customer service and the ability to work independently and in a team are important. Interstate applicants from Adelaide, Melbourne and elsewhere who are willing to relocate are welcome. The salon is an approved Standard Business Sponsor and may consider visa sponsorship for suitable candidates. Located at the Alice Springs Coles Complex.
