Both permanent full-time and part-time positions are on offer. Pay is 30 to 35 dollars per hour, with achievable service and retail targets tied to a bonus structure on top. The successful stylist steps into an established, busy chair while building their own client following. Day to day the role covers cutting, colouring and styling tailored to each client, leading thorough consultations and recommending home care, plus building lasting client relationships. They are after someone with at least three years of post-qualification experience who is keen on current colour trends, precision cutting and ongoing learning.
