Jimmy Rod's Barbershop is a barber chain that blends traditional barbering with a friendly, collaborative feel. They are after a senior barber for their Gasworks, Newstead and Milton, Brisbane shops, with full-time or casual options available. Pay runs $30 to $40 per hour, with the higher end reached through KPIs that the shop describes as easily achievable. Benefits include superannuation paid quarterly, annual leave and sick leave, plus a bonus structure to reward hitting targets. Staff receive ongoing support from the Managing Director, General Manager, Area Managers, Store Managers and admin team, along with regular performance reviews and room for career progression. Candidates should hold a Certificate 3 or 4 apprenticeship qualification with experience, or have three years of full-time experience. Strong skills in cutting, face shaves and skin fades are expected, as is a proven record of meeting sales targets. The shop values team players who are motivated, approachable and good with customers.
