Willomina is opening a new boutique salon in the heart of Byron Bay, expected late 2026, following the success of their Woollahra salon in Sydney. They are welcoming expressions of interest for a founding team, including senior hairstylists, freelance stylists and apprentices, with the chance to help shape the culture and client experience from day one. Led by stylist Chris Hunter, the salon focuses on genuine client connection, luxurious hair and a down to earth environment. They are after people passionate about their craft, committed to ongoing education and keen to work in a supportive team. The salon offers industry leading education, career development, premium colour and product partners and flexible employment options. Freelancers can run their own business with the support of the boutique space, seniors are valued for their talent and experience, and apprentices need no experience as they will be mentored by experienced educators. Pay ranges from 52,880 to 90,689 dollars per year, plus an employee discount.
