Hayley & Co is a Wella salon in Cairns looking for a qualified, experienced senior hair stylist to join their team. They run a flexible four-day working week and put a strong focus on genuine work-life balance. A weekly bonus structure rewards effort on top of the base pay of 34 to 39 dollars per hour. The shop works with high-end professional Wella products and encourages stylists to express their creativity and build their own clientele. For anyone interested, there is an optional pathway into a future salon manager role, but no pressure to take it. They are after someone confident across colour, cutting and styling, who is friendly, reliable and committed to giving clients an excellent experience.
