About the role

Fiolet Hair is a premium salon in Lathlain, Perth, known for colour work ranging from natural highlights and balayage through to bold fashion colours. They are after a qualified hairdresser with at least two to three years of experience to join a small, close-knit team. The role is part-time across four days a week, working alongside the salon manager, senior stylists and an apprentice. It covers full colour and cutting services, with a focus on quality over speed. Clients return every six to twelve weeks and refer friends and family, so the successful stylist will pick up loyal, easygoing regulars rather than one-off walk-ins. The shop wants someone confident with colour and cutting, friendly with clients, a good listener who gives honest advice, and a reliable team player. Pay is 36 to 39 dollars per hour. The salon offers an established client base, a supportive team and ongoing training and development.
