About the role

Bimbos Hair is after a talented senior hair stylist to join their full-time team at the Palm Beach salon on the Gold Coast. They want someone passionate about their craft who delivers strong cutting, colouring and styling results while building lasting client relationships and upholding the salon's high standards. The role also involves mentoring and supporting junior stylists and apprentices with guidance and feedback, keeping the salon clean and organised, managing appointments efficiently and staying across current trends and products. They are looking for someone with completed hairdressing qualifications or equivalent proven experience, plus a minimum of three to five years in a salon setting. Advanced technical skills, strong communication and prior mentoring experience are important. A current First Aid qualification or willingness to gain one is expected. Pay runs from 30 to 45 dollars an hour. The salon describes a vibrant, welcoming, collaborative culture with ongoing training and room to grow.
