About the role

Just Cuts at Floreat Forum is looking for a senior hair stylist to join their team. The salon runs a non-chemical environment focused on style cutting, shampoos, dry-offs and blow waves, and stocks its own retail brand, JUSTICE Professional. There is no appointment and no request system, and no clientele is required. Hours are flexible with full-time, part-time or casual arrangements available to suit your lifestyle. Casual pay is $38 to $48 per hour plus performance bonuses, with the chance to earn up to $400 a day, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Pay is weekly and includes superannuation and full entitlements. They are after someone proficient in advanced cutting, styling and blow-drying across ladies, men's and kids' hair for all hair types. A Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent and a minimum of two years professional experience are needed, along with full Australian work rights. The shop offers ongoing training, rewards, free parking and all equipment on site.
