About the role

The Glossed Salon is a premium boutique salon in Burpengary, Brisbane, built around beautiful hair, genuine client relationships and an elevated one-on-one experience. They are after a talented senior stylist who wants more than turning up, doing clients and heading home. The pay is 30 to 35 dollars per hour, with future performance incentives. The role comes with ongoing in-salon education, dedicated training days, regular feedback and goal setting, and support to build and retain a personal clientele. Training focuses on the finer details that lift a good stylist into an exceptional one: consultations, foil placement, colour formulation and toning, blow dries and finishing. This is not a high-volume shop where success means squeezing in as many clients as possible. The shop is intentionally different, so it suits someone with strong attention to detail who takes pride in quality work and welcomes development.
