About the role

Just Cuts on the Sunshine Coast is looking for a qualified senior hair stylist to join a team working across three salons at Sunshine Plaza, Kawana and Birtinya. This is a non-chemical salon, so the work covers style cutting, shampoos, dry offs and blow waves for ladies, mens and kids. There is no clientele required and no appointment or request system, so the salon runs on a steady walk-in flow. Hours are flexible with full-time, part-time or casual arrangements available to suit your lifestyle. Casual pay runs from $36.81 to $66.26 per hour, while full-time and part-time sits between $29.45 and $58.90 per hour, all including superannuation and full entitlements. They pay weekly and offer plenty of free parking, all equipment onsite, ongoing training and a rewards and recognition program. They are after someone passionate about cutting, well presented, a good communicator and a strong team player. The salon also stocks its own retail brand, JUSTICE Professional.
