About the role

Inch Hairdressing in Newtown is after a fully trade qualified hairdresser and colourist to join their small, supportive team. The role covers cutting, colouring, styling and giving clients expert haircare and product advice. They offer a salary of 70,000 to 90,000 a year, with clear weekly pay after tax plus 30 per cent commission above an achievable target. Both full-time and part-time options are available, with flexible eight hour days. Perks include up to six weeks of annual leave, one weekend off every month, a gym membership and on-site parking, with public transport 500 metres away. There is an established client base to help stylists build their following, along with monthly one on ones and ongoing education from senior industry stylists. They are keen to hear from proactive hairdressers who share their work on Instagram and other social media. At least one year of experience is preferred. They value strong customer service, communication, reliability and a genuinely nice attitude.
